#### Token Sales and Distribution 

MRC will initially be distributed as token, which will be mapped over to our blockchain following the release of our Main net in near future.

Team and advisor’s allocation of MRC will have a vesting period of 3 years, 33.3% vesting each year, with a one-year cliff.
